Hunt Moose, Bear and Woodland Caribou on the Island of Newfoundland
The Great Northern Peninsula in northern Newfoundland has some of the highest moose population densities found in North America. Calling, spotting, and stalking these majestic animals is the thrill of a lifetime. Limited Woodland Caribou and Black Bear are also available but numbers have fallen in recent years. Hunting season starts the middle of September and runs through October. This is the prime time of year to hunt and call Moose during their annual mating season.

This outfitter territory is fly-in only and is very remote. Access to the area is very limited and resident hunters very seldom utilize this area. Limited animals are harvested from this zone annually to manage the resource. Camps accommodate 4-6 hunters per week.

Airfare from floatplane base to camp. One guide is provided for two hunters. One moose is allowed per hunter and your hunting license is included. Home-cooked meals at the camps , hot showers and flush toilets are included. Your total price reflects the cost of the package, taxes, and airfare to camps.
